A Journey to Hatta – A Hidden Mountain Retreat with Hatta Mountain Safari

Join us for a full day of exciting adventure as we explore the quaint old village of Hatta, the only mountain resort in the Emirates. The fun of our safari will begin by driving along the beautiful landscape of the Hatta highway that winds along the route towards Oman.

Briefly stopping to visit a local market will provide us with a refreshing break and Hatta mountain Safari before we reach the Hatta Heritage Village, a true treasure trove of rustic beauty. The journey is dotted with diverse landscapes, from lush greens to dry mountainous paths with much twisting and peculiar rock formations that evoke a very real sense of adventure.

We will be crossing the area referred to as Hatta. In this area, we will experience fascinating ‘wadis’. Wadis are actually arid riverbeds where open waters and deep trenches will bring the perfect setting for a refreshing swim. Swim wear and towels should be encouraged when going into one of these delightful wadis.
