Important Note:

• This tour doesn’t include transfers. The best and most affordable way to reach is through public transportation, such as taxis or the metro. Alternatively, you can book private transfers through us; just send us a request.
• Passport copy or Emirates ID is mandatory during this trip.
• Adult rate is 200 AED, and child rate is 160 AED if you book between 4:30 PM and 7:30 PM.
• Please mention the required time slots for the Burj Khalifa in the special request section while making the booking, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your preferred slot or provide you with the best available options.
• Burj Khalifa tickets are subject to availability.

Cancellation / Amendment / Refund Policy:

• This tour is non-cancellable and non-amendable.
• The booking can only be confirmed after receiving payment to our bank. Bank details will be sent to your email, and you have 24 hours to make the payment.
• Once booked, no refunds will be provided.
• If we are unable to book the tickets at your desired time slot, we will not make the booking until we receive confirmation from you. If you don’t agree with the time slot provided, we will not make the booking.
